Brilliant Britain 2012 is a stamp competition for children under the age of twelve, which is run by the Stamp Active Network. Children are invited to submit a one-page mini exhibit about some aspect of life in Britain using GB stamps, covers and other philatelic items. First, second, third and runner-up prizes will be awarded in each of the age categories: up to seven; eight to nine; and under twelve. Entries will be judged on 'knowledge of the subject, originality and presentation'.
