The next Stampex International is set to offer visitors a host of exhibits and traders all under one roof, and readers can prepare for their visit with the Stampex catalogue, given away free with the March issue of Stamp Collector.

Being held between 12 and 15 February at Islington’s Business Design Centre, the national exhibition will see a special exhibit from members of The Royal Philatelic Society London, whilst a host of stamp dealers and auctioneers will be offering philatelic material covering all locations, periods, and themes.

The show will also see the launch of a ‘Donate a Stamp’ campaign to encourage collectors to donate stamps in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support throughout 2019. Visitors are invited to bring in their unwanted stamps to donate to the good cause.

PTS Vice-Chairman Rick Warren said:

‘We are delighted to be supporting the Stamp Bureau to raise money for Macmillan and look forward to working with them in 2019 and raising money for such an important cause. There are so many people who have collections in their attics that are unwanted or unloved and we want to encourage more and more people to donate them to a good cause.’

The 64-page Stampex guide will be part of March’s bumper issue of Stamp Collector, which will also include a set of five limited edition stamp postcards, produced in association with Mark Bloxham Stamps Ltd. Why not subscribe to the magazine and receive every issue (and the extras) direct to your home?
