Royal Mail have confirmed that the Souvenir Sheets and Exhibition Sheet to celebrate the London 2020 exhibition will now not be issued, following the news that the event has been postponed. Read full story.

The PTS have confirmed that, at this time, Autumn Stampex 2020 is still scheduled to go ahead. The Society's newsletter explained: 'For Autumn 2020 Stampex, many of you have been asking if the show will go ahead and what the implications might be if the lockdown or restrictions on social movement continue into late September. For now, our position is that the Autumn 2020 show will go ahead.'

The American Stamp Dealers Association, Inc. has declared it is 'Open for Business!' A recent update from Dana Guyer, Executive Director, stated: 'The dealers are ready to help you even though there are no shows right now… Take a break from the stress of the news briefings each day. Bringing things back to a time when you go to your stamp den, pull out some tongs, a magnifier, and crack open that Scott catalog along with the old-fashioned perf gauge. Over in Australia, Abacus Auctions have had to cancel their forthcoming public auctions, however, they are planning a series of online auctions. A statement read: 'We are planning to conduct a series of Online Auctions in the coming months while these restrictions remain in place.' The first Online Auction will be held in April 2020, with both internet bidding and phone bidding available on the day of the sale. Find out more.

Pobjoy Mint including the stamp division has now closed. New orders will still be accepted for stamps by email however deliveries will only be made after the Mint has reopened for business. Please do not make any returns of physical stock until after the Mint reopens as there will be no one to receive post.
