Guernsey Post has launched an online loyalty points scheme, which awards points to philatelic customers for purchases made from its website.
Guernsey Post has launched an online loyalty points scheme, which awards points to philatelic customers for purchases made from its website.
Under the new scheme, philatelic customers who already have an online account with Guernsey Stamps can start earning loyalty points immediately, whilst those wishing to earn points for future purchases can create a free account on the website.
Bridget Yabsley, head of philatelic at Guernsey Post, said: ‘This new scheme is our way of saying thank you to our loyal online customers for their support. It’s free and simple to use, with loyalty points earned for the majority of purchases.
The number of points required to purchase an item is displayed on the website and, once customers have earned enough points to make a purchase, they can be redeemed on our website.
‘Customers who join the scheme will also have exclusive access to special products, some of which can only be purchased by redeeming loyalty points.’
Loyalty points are not available on banknotes, limited edition products, Post & Go products, or postage. For more information visit the website.
