Italy issues stamp to mark 150th anniversary of Roma newspaper

The 150th anniversary of the Roma daily newspaper, first published in 1862, has been marked by the issue of a 60 cent stamp from the Italian Post. The stamp features a photo of the newspaper's original front page (from 22 August 1862) together with a painting titled 'Garibaldi landing at Marsala' by artist Girolamo Induno.
