The Korean Post has issued a stamp featuring an elaborate dragon design, to celebrate the forthcoming Year of the Dragon. The dragon and snowflakes on the stamp have been printed using a special photostorage ink, which glows in the dark. The legendary dragon which features on the stamp is said to have the body of a snake, the horns of a deer and the ear of a cow.
