Owls In Botswana: African Scops

The stamp issue looked into capturing the 'Essence of tourism' which communicates and promotes conservations of Owls in Botswana.

The Owls in Botswana Stamp issue focuses on the African Scops Owl, categorised as the smallest owl in Africa with a height ranging from just 16cm to 19cm. The African Scops Owls are mostly found in the Okavango Delta and Southern parts of Kalahari.
