The SEPAC theme for 2020 is a 'Work of art from a national collection' and Luxembourg are showcasing “Many Spoken Words” by Luxembourg artist Su-Mei Tse.

For the joint issue of SEPAC 2020 members on the theme "works of art from a national collection", POST Philately has decided to collaborate with Mudam Luxembourg - Musée d 'Modern Art Grand Duke Jean.

The work “Many Spoken Words” by Luxembourg artist Su-Mei Tse (born 1973), created in 2009, has been selected from the museum's collection. In 2003, Su-Mei Tse received the Golden Lion for the Luxembourg pavilion at the Venice Biennale.
