This year, the Ettelbruck Philatelic Circle is hosting the 79th Luxembourg Postage Stamp Day.
Ettelbruck is located in the north of Luxembourg and is one of the 5 municipalities which form the core of the “Nordstad” development pole. With 9,145 inhabitants, Ettelbruck is the largest municipality in the canton of Diekirch and has a long tradition as a commercial town, among others. The blue railway bridge shown on the special stamp is located near Ettelbruck station and was installed in 2012.
