The 1.10 Euro stamp, designed by Jaan Saar and issued on 15 January 2014, has a four-colour image featuring the Olympic rings and athletes skiing, ice skating and ski jumping. Also included are the words 'Sochi.RU. 2014'.

This year's winter Olympics is to be held in Sochi, Russia, from 7 to 23 February. Estonia has high hopes for a medal as Estonian athletes have been competing for 86 years at the Winter Olympics, and have taken home nine medals over the years.
