Monaco celebrates the the International Bouquet Competition on a €1.14 stamp featuring a beautiful floral arrangement.
Organized by the Garden Club of Monaco, under the presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, the International Bouquet Competition welcomes more than a hundred participants each year who come to compete in imagination to create floral compositions, true works of art.
