The CNIS, the new headquarters of the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) is featured on a €0.80 stamp.
The CNIS, the new headquarters of the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), opened its doors this year and will host the following CGDIS units:
- six of the seven CGDIS directorates,
- the Emergency relief center 112 (CSU 112),
- the National Rescue Training Institute (INFS),
- the Luxembourg Fire and Rescue Center (CIS Luxembourg).
With these complete infrastructures, the CNIS is the new command centre for Luxembourg's fire and rescue services.
